Biological Activity:

Potent short-acting SSRI (IC₅₀ = 1.12 nM). Kv4.3 channel blocker (IC₅₀ = 5.3 μM). Centrally active. Inhibits the expulsion reflex of ejaculation in vivo. Orally active.
