Biological Activity:
Romidepsin is a novel agent in a new class of anti-cancer drugs, known as histone deacetylase inhibitors or HDACi's. Romidepsin (FK228), a potent histone deacetylase inhibitor, induces apoptosis through the generation of hydrogen peroxide.
