Biological Activity:

Dual CRTH2 and potent TXA₂ receptor antagonist (K_i values are 4.3 and 4.5 nM at CRTH2 and TXA₂ receptors respectively). Reduces antigen-induced inflammatory responses in vivo. Orally active.
